The Heads of State or Government of the 27 Member States of the European Union (EU) and the 33 countries of the Commonwealth of Latin American and Caribbean (Celac) met in Santiago, Chile, on the weekend of 26 and 27 January. The next day, Monday, January 28, held the first summit of the Celac.
